How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our current shipping estimates are listed as follows. Although this is uncommon, we have seen some order transit delays due to courier-related issues, over which Bookshop.com has no influence. Please keep in mind that the delivery times below are estimates. If your order does not arrive within the specified estimated time, please contact our customer service here.
It has been a long time and my order has not arrived. What do I do?
Check the tracking information therefore whether your shipment/shipment may be lost or destroyed so you can’t bear it or return it or just delayed. If it appears that your stove is no longer on, has been activated or has been stolen, please contact us by contacting us and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
What does it mean when my order tracking says “Label has been created, not saved in the system yet”?
This means that it will be checked and inspected at our warehouse but not fully inspected at the shipping site. Unfortunately, this tracking issue cannot be solved. This may mean that your box was received and was never inspected, and eventually the tracking will be updated at some point. It could also mean your drive. We suggest you wait at least a week to see if there is any update in tracking information, if not, contact our customer service team here.
You have shipped a popular item that is damaged or wrong. What do I do?
If you receive a damaged or wrong Popular Product, you are entitled to either an exchange, refund or store. Please contact our customer service team to address options and protocol. If possible, always include a photo of the damage/printing error in our archive.

My package is not missing an item. What do I do?
Occasionally, due to differences in records across our company’s warehouses, orders for two or more shipments may be requested. Please refer to the clear tracking numbers in your order detail record if the system ships all in a police shipment. Backorders and pre-orders are often shipped separately and will not ship in full.
If you receive an order that is missing its new address or set of addresses, please contact our customer service team to request a resend or cancellation of that particular item. Be sure to include your order number, and the names and/or ISBNs of the book or books in question.

Can I cancel or change my entire order?
Currently, an order can only be canceled or modified by placing it only for all books available in the order that are in stock.
