If Customer receives damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, Customer must contact Customer at info@skybookshop.com and claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Failure to return merchandise to defective or incorrectly shipped items to claimants distributed to distributors (distributors) we must not post them before contacting customers.

If Customer is not satisfied with a purchase from Bookshop.com or any Platform Seller, Customer may return such merchandise for a refund of the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to Customer’s original method of payment as long as Customer notifies Bookshop.com within fourteen (14) days of Receipt of these goods. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition; Packaged or sealed merchandise must be unopened. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The packing slip included in each customer’s shipment is not a prepaid shipping label. Customers will be required to arrange and cover the shipping costs for these returned merchandise.

Bulk orders are non-returnable.
