Failure to return merchandise to defective or incorrectly shipped items to claimants distributed to distributors (distributors) we must not post them before contacting customers.<\/p><p>If Customer is not satisfied with a purchase from Bookshop.com or any Platform Seller, Customer may return such merchandise for a refund of the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to Customer&#8217;s original method of payment as long as Customer notifies Bookshop.com within fourteen (14) days of Receipt of these goods. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition; Packaged or sealed merchandise must be unopened. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The packing slip included in each customer&#8217;s shipment is not a prepaid shipping label.
